Markings naturally disappear in 4 -14 days, depending on temperature, humidity and the amount of ink you’ve applied. If you’re in a hurry, marks can be removed immediately with the available eraser or with the application of water. Dry cleaning or ironing will have no effect on the permanence of the marks.
Always test any marker on a small piece of fabric before using. Some sizings may prevent the marks from disappearing or washing out.

Returns
We don't manage the stock in our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may fluctuate at any time. Be aware that it's possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
The policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
